About Hotel Numbi and Garden Suites

Situated 10 minutes drive from the world famous Kruger National Park, guests have a choice of three entrance gates, Numbi (16km), Kruger (44km) and Phabeni gate (12km) and within 45 minutes guests can visit Gods Window, Pilgrims Rest, Blyde River Canyon and wonderful waterfalls on the Panorama Route.

The hotel is situated on a 10 hectare property in lush sub-tropical well established gardens, with old indigenous trees and large lawns to create an atmosphere for total relaxation.

ACCOMMODATION

Elegantly decorated by Denee Fick, the contemporary African design in the rooms ensures superior comfort and guest care. Air-conditioned with tea / coffee facilities, eight channel DStv television and highly appointed bathrooms en-suite ensure superior comfort and guest care. Secure parking is available with an access controlled entrance and exit.

Hotel:
Ten luxurious hotel bedrooms on the ground level provide guests direct access to the pool and garden through a wooden sliding door, where the twelve bedrooms on the first floor offer private balconies so that guests can enjoy the sub-tropical climate of the Mpumalanga Lowveld.

Garden Suites:
Twenty-eight elegantly furnished Garden Suites with private patio's located within 80 meters from the hotel, here guests can park their vehicles at their accommodation and enjoy the bird life and tranquillity of the garden surrounds.

Main House:
Recently the old family home has been revamped and this classical old farm house offers guests the choice of luxury accommodation in a private garden with a pool. Some of the suites offer additional outside showers, there are two inter-leading family units, a romantic honeymoon suite, executive suite with a spa bath and the other Main House rooms are spacious twin rooms with bathrooms en suite.

DINING

Olive and Vine: (In-house):
A classical table'hôte restaurant prides itself on so much more than just its food. Ambience, atmosphere, music and warm, friendly service compliment fine food, creating a memorable dining experience to which the guest will want to return, time and again – The Olive and Vine is one such restaurant.

Wild Fig and Pool Deck: (In-house):
Guests can enjoy the view of the pool and tranquil sub-tropical gardens during breakfast service on fresh Lowveld mornings. This popular buffet style restaurant is also open during the busy holiday season for groups and large functions. A selection of five starters, soup of the day, salads, stir fry, potjie's, pasta's, seafood, roasts and a variety of desserts are served in the Wild Fig. Braai's are offered dependant on group size and weather permitting.

Beautifully rooms and suites, especially in the main house. The food was delicious. The staff (Sunshine & her Manager) was was friendly and helpful. They must improve on garden suites at caravan pak, the place looks like a back yard rooms. Not happy with TV channels (open view) offered. And garden was not clean. They must add the bar fridges in rooms
