Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly service, beautiful views, clean and very well kept. Perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet. Golf Course in great condition as well. Overall a 10 out of 10 rating! |

We have stayed a number of times in the chalets and love Hlalanathi. Will be trying their caravan park for the first time during the weekend 19-22 March and judging from friends should be excellent. |

it's an incredibly beautiful spot but the service was shocking. We booked two units under one name and when we arrived we were told the two units were about 100m apart. Not a major problem, we asked to be moved to two units closer together but were told this was not possible because the original unit we booked, had a mattress in it which they refused to move because the unit had already been cleaned, and if they went in to move the mattress they'd have to reclean it. We could've lived with the two units spread apart but the staff became incredibly snotty, rude and even intimidating so we pushed the point. Eventually Heather, the owner, stepped in and kindly helped us with two chalets close together. We'd love to go back but the whole incident left a bad taste in the mouth. SA is known as a country with poor service levels and places like this are certainly not helping. |

An absolute pleasure of a resort. If you want comfort and relaxation with beautiful views this is the spot for you.
