DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit either paid into our bank account or by providing your credit card details will be required to confirm the booking of your accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of total booking value for cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival date
80% of total booking value for cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date
100% of total booking value for no show or departure prior to booking out date
(We will however make every effort to relet the rooms, which will result in these fees being waivered, however a R50 cancellation fee of any deposit paid, to cover administration and bank fees will still apply)
Details of all these policies will be sent as an attachment with the accommodation quote.
