Simply fabulous and amazing. Tony and Vanessa are the consumate hosts and Hildesheim is a most splendid and spectacular environment. The service was superb and it truly is a "home away from home". This is the place to stay when in the area. A return visit is definite . The memories of the visit are most special and Hildesheim will be recommended to everyone I can. Thank you Tony and Vanessa. What a fantastic experience! Hildesheim is not just a guest house - it is a haven of special touches, friendship, nature at it's best, space and beauty, creativity and the most amazing views and scenery. Sunrises, sunsets and night skies that take your breath away. Tony and Vanessa are not just excellent hosts, they are now friends, whom one treasures. The service and accomodation is superb. Vanessa's delicious breakfasts are not to be missed, and her mouth watering baking is a gastronomic experience. She even shares the recipes! Being a special birthday, she baked a decadently delicious chocolate cake to take home, as a gift! Accomodation is large, clean, very comfortable, private, and so peaceful. Birdsong abounds. Location is near enough to places, but far enough to afford space and peace. The best thing was BEING there - the worst, having to leave. Can't wait to return. I am telling everyone I can about it, and what a gem it is. Thanks again Tony and Vanessa, for everything. This holiday ranks top of my list.

Myself and my girlfriend experienced an amazing time at Hildesheim Guest House!
The views are astounding and the establishment is quite spectacular. But its definitely the intimate service and friendliness of the hosts Tony & Vanessa that differentiates Hildesheim from all other experiences as one to truly remember! I am 100% positively inspired to recommend this experience to my friends as well as my family...
