Henley River Lodge accommodates a maximum of eight guests in four bedrooms. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, has air-conditioning, a river view and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second room is furnished with a Queen-size bed, has a river view and makes use of a separate bathroom down the passage fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third room has a river view and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The glass roof en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The fourth room is smaller, has a garden view and is furnished with a double bed. The glass roof en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Please note the rates depend on the number of rooms booked and unbooked rooms remain locked and are not let out to other guests. You always have exclusive use of the facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Features include a gas – electric stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a charcoal braai available. There is a boma / braai area at the river – perfect for an afternoon braai. The lodge is fully equipped and you need only bring your food and drink to self-cater.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply, as follows:
• More than one month prior to check-in date: No forfeit - full refund
• 22-30 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 25% of the deposit
• 15-21 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 50% of the deposit
• 08-14 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 75% of the deposit
• 01-07 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Non-arrival or early departure: No refund - the total booking value is forfeit / payable
