About Haus Kopatsch
Haus Kopatsch is a comfortably furnished guesthouse situated near Hazyview, on a ridge overlooking the Sabie River Valley and the Kruger National Park, in a natural bush environment in the midst of the beauty and tranquility of the Mpumalanga Lowveld.
Haus Kopatsch is ideally situated for day visits to the Kruger National Park, or the escarpment attractions such as Blyde River Canyon, Gods Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes, Waterfalls, View Points and Pilgrims Rest.
ACCOMMODATION
Haus Kopatsch offers a selection of exclusive-use self-catering units that are individually furnished and with en-suite bathrooms. The cottages are fully equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette and have TV with DStv (hotel package). We have drinkable borehole water in all the rooms.
Optional Breakfast
Although we are a self-catering establishment, breakfast is available at an additional cost and is served on the roof deck. This can be arranged after you confirm your accommodation booking, if required.
Experiences On Site
Enjoy a lazy day at the rock pool (salted) or laze on the roof and absorb the panoramic view. Sip a cool sun-downer on our terrace and appreciate true relaxation, or experience and explore the Lowveld with Haus Kopatsch as a base. Excellent bird watching.
Location
From Johannesburg it is an easy four hour drive on the Maputo Corridor to Haus Kopatsch. We are 70km from Nelspruit, 45km from the Kruger Gate and 32km from Sabie.

The units overlook a natural garden and the African bush.

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Kopatsch. We got there late and the host was welcoming. The road is not in a good state and the place is bit run down & needs a touch of paint, BUT its kept clean and the view from the porch is amazing. If you are not a fussy person and need to get away from the hustle & bustle, Haus Kopatsch is the place. We had our chalet cleaned daily and the place is absolutely quiet . We enjoyed many evenings on the porch. The pool though was not 100% clean, but we enjoyed it. Overall, the kids and us really enjoyed our stay.
