About Grootgeluk Bush Camp
Grootgeluk Bush Camp is an affordable Bushveld destination situated in the Waterberg Region in Limpopo, just eight kilometres outside of Naboomspruit (Mookgophong) alongside the Nylsvley Conservancy.
Wildlife includes zebra, giraffe, impala, warthog, bush pig, water buck, Riet buck, bush buck, nyala, caracal, jackal, brown hyena, bush baby, porcupine, skunk and vervet monkey. Bird watchers can view a variety of species from the 'Kingfisher hide' and the 'Kolobe hide' adjacent to scenic dams on the terrain. We are members of the Naboomspruit Bird Club.
The best way to experience the tranquility and scenic beauty of this very special bushveld retreat is along the various walking trails.
Self Catering Accommodation
Grootgeluk Bush Camp offers self-catering accommodation in log cabins, chalets, huts and a small campsite set amongst beautiful thornybush and acacia trees. Guests can experience the magic of a bushveld fire in their own private boma. There is a reception area, tuck shop and a bar with DStv.
Zebra Log Cabins (sleeps 4):
Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a private braai area.
Kudu Camp Chalets (sleeps 4):
One room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Ablution and communal kitchen in Lapa including a private braai area.
Meerkat Huts (six x two bed huts):
Each hut has two bedrooms , one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Ablution and communal kitchen in Lapa including a private braai area.

Grootgeluk Family Unit (sleeps 8):
The self-catering unit consists of 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms has double beds, one bedroom has a bunk bed, and there's also a sofa bed. The unit has its own kitchen. The unit also has its own private boma for the whole family or friends to enjoy.
