Reservations are not secure until full amount has been paid. Payment needs to be made within 48 hours of enquiry. Enquires dating more than 3 months in advance need to be made within 45 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
Booking cancelled within 14 day of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
