DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of requesting the booking, to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 28-90 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 10% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made 21-28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made 14-21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in date, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the total booking amount will be charged.

In the event of non-arrival or early departure, the total booking amount will be charged.
