How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
7 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
14 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
30 days prior to arrival 25% of the deposit is forfeited.
Any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 10% of the deposit as an admin fee.
Should you like to change the dates of your booking instead of cancelling, no fees will be forfeited.
