A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable within 30 days prior to arrival for confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival - deposit refunded less R100 administration fee
Cancellation 30 - 15 days prior to arrival - no refund of 50% deposit (any balance paid will be refunded)
Cancellation 14 or fewer days prior to arrival - no refund
There will be no refund in the case of late or non-arrival or premature departure
