Surcharge of R20 per person on single night bookings in the Cottages and Aloe Suite.
We also offer discounted rates for longer stays.
A laundry service is offered, at reasonable rates, for longer stays only.
All rooms are serviced daily except for Sundays and certain public holidays.

100% deposit for bookings of two days or less.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking
• Cancellation 0 - 7 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid
• Cancellation 7- 14 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid
• Cancellation 14-21 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 60% of deposit paid
• Cancellation 21+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid
