CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will incur full charges. Reservations of more than two nights will be charged in full for one night. If the guest cancels 72 hours from date of arrival there is no charge.
For Corporate Group Bookings (3 or more rooms) a deposit of 50% of the full room charge must be paid in full one month before the arrival date. Final payment will be required a week before arrival. The 50% deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled one week prior to arrival.
If a guest decides to leave early for any reason, the guest will forfeit the amount in full for the subsequent room night on the day of early departure notification.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the full accommodation amount will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, the charges will be deducted from the credit card.
