DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure a reservation, we require 50 % of the total accommodation, with a minimum value of 1 night’s accommodation, as a deposit within 48 hours after the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum fee for any cancellation is R250
More then 28 days prior forfeit 10 % of the total amount
21-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the total amount
14-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the total amount
7-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the total amount
Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the total amount
In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
