When a family member in Randburg had passed away we urgently needed a place to stay for the funeral. Due to an exhibition fair this turned out to be a serious problem - until someone provided us with the phone number of Steve at Fleet Street Guest house in a calm part of Ferndale. The simple but conveniently furnished family room with garden view became our refuge in these exhausting times.
The full English breakfast was always a good start to the day and Steve and the whole guest house team created a personal, warm-hearted yet unobtrusive athmosphere that made us feel really comfortable.
