Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Ferndene Farm on receipt of your quote request.

Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Sub-letting of house is not permitted. No loud or disruptive parties.We respectfully request that guests refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted in the gardens but due to the thatch roof we ask the guests keep well clear of the roof and dispose of cigarettes appropriately.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making payment. We will happily reimburse the full value of the booking if the cancelled accommodation is re-sold but in the event this is not so, our policy is as follows:

Failure to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 7 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the booking value.
Cancellations made 15 days to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 25% of the booking total.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Ferndene will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms above, with in 3 working days. Any bank charges levied will be deducted from the refund value.
