Had a weeks stay at the guest house. Great value for money, nice to see individual satellite decoders in each room, which allowed me to flick between the sports channels! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Will most certainly return on my next visit to SA. |

Not sure if I would agree with a 4-star rating. We stayed in the executive double suite and while the room was lovely and the cleaning staff did a great job, there were too many problems for a 4-star rated B&B. No phone in the room meant having to use the main office phone with my international phone card to make personal calls. Wi-fi is offered as a service, however, this did not seem to extend to the rooms and I had to go and sit next to the office computer / router to be able to go online. I had no problems connecting elsewhere, so it was definitely a problem at the B&B. The safe in our room was broken, the bedside lights did not work and had to be fixed. Just too many irritating little problems for me to rate it a 4-star establishment. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly - Bali, Fortunate, Marilyn and the others did a great job of making our stay comfortable. Will probably look to stay elsewhere when next in town. |
