Set in tranquil surroundings and close to all amenities, Fairway Guest Lodge is situated in the beautiful and ever popular area of St Michael’s on Sea / Shelly Beach. We have created a gracious guest house that is elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Relax and enjoy a full English breakfast in the dining area or on the balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. With easy access from the N2 highway it is an ideal overnight stop or holiday destination.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is of a very high standard with four individually and tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms and for those who prefer to cater for themselves we have two fully equipped self catering units.

All rooms have TV, DSTV (please bring your own decoder & card) DVD player’s and DVD’s available on loan, fridge, hospitality tray, hairdryer, ceiling fans, (some rooms have air conditioners) all rooms have security panic buttons and are serviced daily. Fairway Lodge is a non-smoking establishment. However the ground floor rooms all have patios with patio furniture and ashtrays are provided, as well as in the common areas outside.

Other facilities include our sparkling salt water swimming pool, internet, fax, telephone, laundry service, safe off street parking, a very large balcony with comfortable seating and fabulous views of the Indian Ocean, a guest lounge, and a dining area.

ATTRACTIONS

We are 800 meters’ from St Mikes beach, just a two minute drive to the popular Shelly Centre with its variety of shops, cinema’s, restaurants and banks and a five minute drive to the new South Coast Mall.

Seven top class golf courses in close proximity together with ideal weather makes this area a golfing adventure: Selbourne, Umdoni, Port Shepstone, Margate, Southbroom, San Lameer, and the Wild Coast Sun.

Shark diving at the world famous Protea Banks and Aliwal Shoal. Pleasure cruises to see the whales and dolphins. Deep sea fishing. All can be arranged on request. Enjoy nature at Oribi Gorge or participate in the adventure sports on offer in the area. Lake Eland - walk over the suspension bridge to see the eagles. Several nature walks.
