Rates and Special Offers for Ellefsen Golf Suites / Langebaan Accommodation / Self Catering Accommodation

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing.
Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by the Hotel, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation.
Up to 14 days prior to arrival you have the right to cancel or amend the booking without penalty.
50% of the quoted rate will be charged for the full period if the booking is cancelled or postponed 13 - 7 days prior to arrival.
100% of the quoted rate will be charged for the full period if the booking is cancelled or postponed 6 - 0 days prior to arrival or premature departure.
Golf Suites reserve the right to release all non guaranteed reservations at 18h00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.
All no shows will be charged for in full for the entire period at the reserved room rate.
