CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-14 days prior to check in date, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of total booking value.
Cancellation 15-29 days prior to check in date - visitor forfeits 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellation 30-60 days prior to check in date - visitor forfeits 25% of the total booking value.
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
