DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking.
Reservations are guaranteed in writing after payment has been received.
The balance is payable before/on the actual day of booking in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations on arrival or during the stay, the full payment due will be levied.
No show will result in 100% of the stay levied.
In the event of premature departure, the charge of the full extent of stay will be levied.
Cancellation 0 - 13 days before the date of arrival, or no show will result in 100% of the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation 14 - 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50% of the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival - deposit fully refundable.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Eco-Eden Bush Lodge will refund the applicable amount within 7 days.
A 15% administration fee on any refunds will be charged.
