As you enter Eclipse apartment 702, you will be greeted by an incredibly beautiful view of the V&A Waterfront and Table Bay. The apartment building is regularly and well maintained. Occupants of the building are interesting, young working professionals.
Green Point is conveniently located close to many attractions such as Table Mountain which is a mere 6km away, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches are only a 15 minute drive away and then there is the V&A Waterfront which is a 5 minute walk from Eclipse.
Self Catering Accommodation
The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four guests. Both bedrooms offer clean linen, with additional linen should you require a linen change. Plenty of towels, as well as beach towels, are available should you wish to take a dip in the pool or head to the beach.
The main bedroom is a spacious comfortable space for two people, with ample storage and an en suite bathroom that has both a bathtub and a shower. The second bedroom sleeps two people and has enough cupboard space.
Opposite the bedroom is the guest bathroom, which comprises of a bathtub and a shower. Both bedrooms have sliding doors that lead on to the balcony where you can experience stunning views of the Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium and the harbour.
The apartment is a full self catering apartment, allowing you to feel at home. Cutlery and crockery are available should you wish to stay in and cook at home. All cleaning products are available for your use and cleaning services are available at a surcharge.
The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, dryer and dish washer, fridge, oven and stove and all crockery required during your stay.
On Site Facilities:
The communal pool is located in the front of the building and guests are welcome to make use of it. Security in the building is excellent, with a 24 hour manned security based in the reception lobby, as well as electric fencing around the premises and security cameras mounted all over the building.
Two parking bays are available in the basement parking level for guests who have their own vehicles. Remote controls for the motorised gates will be made available to guests, along with pedestrian gate tags.
