9 December 2011 to 10 January 2012* R1045.00 per night for the apartment
11 January to 22 March 2012 R650.00 per night for the apartment

* A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50 % deposit is payable within 2 days after booking and the remaining 50% one week before occupation date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds if cancellation is within a month of date of booking and you will also be liable for the full amount for the days as booked.
80% of your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is 2 months before booking date.
No other refunds will be made. No refunds will be made for shortened stays.
