Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Dreamers Guest House for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Short Term Booking: (1 or 2 days prior to arrival): Cancellation required by 12:00 on the day of arrival or else, client will be liable for the full account of the first day.
Long Term Booking: 50 % of the total cost of the stay is required, with a minimum of one night.
Cancellation between 4 and 30 days will result in 25 % of the total cost of the stay being withheld. In the event of cancellation within 3 days of arrival, there will be no refund. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of the stay, which was booked and confirmed. Receipt of a deposit, order or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
