Dolphin View is a wonderfully situated holiday house which can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and boasts panoramic views of the magnificent coastline. Feel as if you are on the beach without leaving the house which has spectacular sea views from every room. With the beach just two minutes away, enjoy all the advantages of privacy, quiet beaches, rock pools, natural life and tropical vegetation. A mere 10 minute drive will take you to numerous shops and a wide variety of restaurants. AccommodationDolphin View is a large house built on three levels which offers the following self catering facilities: The main level which includes a double bedroom, single bedroom, full bathroom, lounge, dining area, a fully equiped kitchen (fridge, deepfreeze, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and two verandahs. The upper level has a luxurious double bedroom en-suite with TV and video machine (relax in the bath and watch the dolphins swim by). The lower level which has a double bedroom (2 single beds) and a single bedroom, full bathroom, a kitchinette and lounge (with TV and video) leading out onto a patio, sundeck and swimming pool. The lower level has a separate entrance. All linen supplied except beach towels. Our trusted maid lives in and performs basic domestic duties, washing and ironing. Location & AttractionsConveniently located 5 minutes from highway - 45 minutes drive from International Airport. In close proximity to several world-class golf courses (Zimbali, Mount Edgecombe and Prince’s Grant). Travel south and the bustling port City of Durban is only 30 minutes away with all the entertainment and ameneties a large city provides. Travel north and visit Shakaland, an authentic Zulu Village, which was the film-set for “Shaka Zulu” or go further north to the Game Reserves which are home to the “Big Five” You can arrange to go on a boat trip bringing you into close contact with the dolphins. If you are feeling more adventurous try a microlight flight, shallow reef snorkling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing or surf angling. We look forward to welcoming you to Dolphin View! |
