DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Die Waenhuis Guest House for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From 7 days to 2 days before arrival - forfeit 50% of total booking.
One day before arrival - forfeit 75% of total booking.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: forfeit 100% of total booking.
For bookings of 3 and more nights as well as group bookings of 3+ rooms, a deposit of 50% is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Refund of deposit: less an additional 10%.
