Die Rotse is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac on Beach Road, Kleinmond and is approximately one hour and 15 minutes' from Cape Town International Airport.
Situated on the western side of Sandown Bay, this seafront property offers two fully equipped three-bedroom self-catering apartments.
Self Catering Accommodation
Spykerklip (sleeps 6)
Spykerklip, the deluxe accommodation, is an upper level apartment which boasts an en-suite main bedroom with sea views and two bedrooms overlooking the Kogelberg mountain range. A second full bathroom serves the Mountain View bedrooms.
All bedrooms are extended by joined balconies - two rooms share a balcony facing the mountain, whilst the main bedroom shares a balcony with the open plan living room and lounge and offers an unobstructed sea view. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has a clear view of both sea and mountain.
Drievis (sleeps 6)
Drievis is a ground level apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms; the main bedroom has en-suite walk-in shower with toilet and wash basin and the single modern bathroom complete with an antique free standing bath and shower serves bedrooms 2 & 3. The main bedroom is sea facing and extends onto a patio overlooking the ocean.
The second bedroom overlooks the garden and kiddies playground whilst the third bedroom has an outside door leading onto the sunny stoep / patio area adjoining the barbeque area. The fully equipped modern open plan kitchen / living room extends onto a sea facing patio with an unobstructed view of the tidal zone.

Local Facilities and Attractions
Sandy beaches, rocky reefs, rivers and estuaries are bound to provide hours of exploring and relaxing. Sandown beach or Kleinmond main beach is just a short stroll away; awarded with Blue Flag status in 2011, the beach provides safe swimming and lifeguards are on duty for most of the year. The lagoon is popular with children and surfing is good at the point.
