Diep in die Berg is centrally located near all the best Pretoria has to offer. We are only minutes away from the N1 and N4 highways and 45 minutes from the Johannesburg International Airport. When Diep in die Berg re-opened in 1993 we decided to specialise in the conference and events market and therefore do not have facilities catering for the general public. Our normal operating hours are Monday to Fridays from 07h00 to 17h00 and Saturdays from 09h00 to 13h30 and facilities can be viewed during these times. After hours viewing can be arranged by appointment ConferencesDiep in die Berg is the ideal facility for your out-of-the-office conference and training requirements or special corporate function. We can make your company’s next corporate event both professional and enjoyable by providing a level of service to match your meeting needs. No two events are ever the same and flexibility is the key to successful conferencing. Our all-purpose conference centre consists of 7 conference rooms which can accommodate up to a maximum of 450 delegates. The rooms vary in size in order to accommodate our client’s specific needs. All conference rooms are fully equipped with data projector, sound system, flipchart and white board. A wide range of additional equipment is available on request. All our conference facilities were revamped in 2007 with new carpets, décor and general improvements to facilities and gardens. Weddings & FunctionsDiep in die Berg is one of the premier venues in Pretoria catering for weddings and functions. We have hosted most of the large Corporates in South Africa and annually cater for over a hundred weddings. We have two banqueting halls which can accommodate a maximum of 250 and 150 guests respectively in banqueting style. From theme parties to formal black-tie events, your function can be arranged by our in-house professional Events Co-ordinator. We offer an exclusive on site honeymoon suite with two additional bed rooms as well as an on site Chapel which can accommodate up to 180 guests. We also have a Gazebo for smaller gardens weddings and outdoor events. We have established a reputation for quality and we look forward to showing you that it is well deserved. SecurityDiep in die Berg has 24-hour security with enforced access control and secure parking facilities. Backup GeneratorWe have invested in the latest state of the art standby generator for any unexpected power outages to ensure that your conference or event will be uninterrupted. The generator is capable of meeting the electricity demand of the entire facility including air conditioners and equipment. AccreditationsDiep in die Berg is a Level 1 BEE accredited entity.
