When Diep in die Berg re-opened in 1993 we decided to specialise in the Conference and Events market and therefore do not have facilities, catering for the general public. Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday’s from 7h00 to 17h00 and Saturdays from 9h00 to 13h30 and facilities can be viewed during these times. After hours viewing can be arranged by appointment.
Diep in die Berg is the ideal facility for your out-of-office conference and training requirements or special corporate function. We offer seven medium to large conference venues plus a dedicated boardroom. Our conference rooms can accommodate up to 450 delegates in various seating styles.

All standard conferencing equipment is included; additional equipment can be supplied on request. Trained staff is available for support for the duration of your conference.

We have invested in the latest state of the art standby generator for any unexpected power outages to ensure that your conference or event will be uninterrupted. The generator is capable of meeting the electricity demand of the entire facility including air conditioners and equipment.
