DIRECTIONS

ROUTE TO OUDE HUYS KOMBUYS
Western bypass
From Johannesburg/Krugersdorp/ Lanseria (R511)
At T-junction is a green grocer called – T-Junction Fruit Shop. Turn right to Pretoria. Travel 6.3 kms.( Pass Pelindaba. and robot) At the first stop street after Pelindaba, turn left towards Brits.(1.3kms)
The tollgate will be on your right hand side. At the T-junction turn left to Brits. Travel 4.8kms on the R512.
You can be on the look out for the info boards.As you come over the mountain, turn left into Meerhof. The huge thatch buildings and Dutch windmill, will be on your left.

From Pretoria: Via Church Street
Take the toll road to Rustenburg/Sun City/Brits. (Costs R4-50 for both gates.) After the second toll gate, turn right toward Brits and at the T- Junction left towards Brits/ Tunnel. Watch out for the brown tourism info boards. Approx. 6 kms after the toll road turn off, turn left into Meerhof. This is the first tarred road to your left. Follow the info boards.

From the village (dorpie)
After the turn off from the R512, you will see a huge green board with the signage of De Oude Huys Kombuys. Cross the stop street. (1,6km) into Jan Smuts Avenue. Continue straight. Pass the school, cross the railway line. As you get to the T-junction, look out for the boards again. Turn sharp right towards the dam and not into the mountain. The guesthouse is the second last on the right hand side. Yellow walls, green roof. 24 Cloister Street.
