Named after the magnificent Steppe Buzzard which visit the Cape from the Steppes of Russia each summer and can often be seen from the cottage soaring over the vineyards. This is a cozy, comfortable two bed-roomed cottage offering one queen en-suite with bath and one twin bedded en-suite with shower. This cottage is perfect for families. There is a large sitting room dining room and a small well equipped kitchen. Private patio with BBQ overlooking the garden and pool. DStv and internet access is available.

Eagle Owl cottage, so called because whilst renovating the cottage we were watched over by a beautiful Eagle Owl from the safety of a nearby tree; he can still be heard calling to his mates from the oak trees on the edge of the vineyard. This is a relaxed and comfortable two bed-roomed cottage offering one queen and one twin with separate bathroom. There is a comfy sitting room, open plan to well equipped little kitchen. DStv is available plus internet access. Private courtyard garden leading down to the garden and swimming pool and with separate entrance for parking.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
