We had a very enjoyable overnight stay at Crew's Inn on the first night of our 3 week visit to the Eastern Cape in October 2011. The house was very easy to find and less than 30 minutes from Port Elizabeth airport.
We were treated to an excellent evening meal; Linda and Dave gave us very tasty food including salad, really good fish and a nice sweet. They also provided lovely chilled Chardonnay at our request. Breakfast was equally very good and all the food satisfied our individual dietary requirements.
The river frontage gave us a pleasant and secure place to walk and experience some interesting birdlife.
We had only booked one night but would have been happy staying longer.
We would recommend Crew's Inn without hesitation. Booking dinner in advance is also recommended at a very reasonable price |

We had a thoroughly relaxing experience in the capable hands of our hosts, David & Linda. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Just what we needed as a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. Definitely would love to "take a break" sometime soon again at this peaceful inn. |

A true home away from home with lovely tranquil surroundings along the river!. It is conveniently located near main roads giving easy access to Port Elizabeth and surrounding attractions like Addo Elephant Park (about 40 minutes' car drive) and superb local beaches. |

Stayed for three nights. The food was really good traditional South African fare, the hosts friendly and warm and the bed huge and comfortable. Big rooms with ensuite bathrooms made this a B 'n B to come back to. |

Extra special guest house and lovely people. Thanks for making us feel "at home" . The rooms were lovely and you took time to really care for us. I really love the decor all the old furniture and the house has a very good feeling about it. You guys made us feel so welcome. Thank you! |
