A 50% deposit of the total value is required to secure a booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings which are cancelled 60 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee - this is 10% of your initial required deposit.
Bookings which are cancelled 30 days before the arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee - this is 100% of your initial deposit.
Bookings which are cancelled after the final payment has been made, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee - this is 100% of your full payment.
For non-arrival or early departure, 100% of the total fee is payable.
