DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are required is equal to one night’s total – either direct deposit or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 18-24 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15-21 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 22-28 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations made further in advance than 28 days to arrival date will be refunded the full deposit.
There will be no refunds for early check outs and non arrivals will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.
