AccommodationAccommodation is provided in six private, well appointed, fully fitted self catering units.Three in the character barn have loft bedrooms, two in the farmhouse have two bedrooms, and the other is a garden cottage. Leiklip walls and high ceilings with fans ensure cool summer comfort, whilst wood burning fireplaces glow warm in winter. Elegant colourful décor finished with fine linen guarantees restful nights. Two “Great Comfort” Family Units (sleep 4 people each) Yellow - Barn with loft bedroom (1x queen bed) and second bedroom downstairs (2 x single beds), living / dining area with fireplace, kitchen and shower / bath. Blue - Farmhouse with two bedrooms (main has 1x queen bed and second has 2 x single beds), living / dining area, kitchen and WC with shower. Three “Great Comfort” Double Units (sleep 2 people each) Coral - Separate garden cottage bed-sitter (1x double bed), fireplace, kitchen and WC with bath. Corn - Barn with loft bedroom (1x double bed), fireplace, kitchen and WC with shower downstairs. Green - Barn with loft bedroom (2 x singles or king), fireplace, kitchen and WC with shower / bath downstairs. Three “Comfortable” Double Units (sleep 2 people each) Gold - Barn bed-sitter (2 x single beds) kitchenette and WC with shower Amber - Farmhouse (2 x singles or king) and WC with shower bath. Plum - Farmhouse bed-sitter (1x double bed) and WC with bath. Amber and Plum rooms share an enclosed veranda with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast & DiningBreakfast and light lunches are shared in The Cornberg Café, which offers a relaxed country experience in the treed sitting area, which opens onto a sun-drenched patio and pool. Unwind with a refreshing sun-downer or a glass of locally produced wine. Additional Factilities & ServicesTransfers to and from Cape Town by arrangement. Teas, coffee and a selection of treats served on arrival. A venue for creative breakaways - by appointment. Barn Studio ideal for painting, writing or photographic workshops. Activities & AttractionsArranged activities include Paragliding, Hiking/Biking through the Rhenosterveld, Sunset cruise and water sports at Misverstand Dam, Fly-Fishing on the Berg River, Clay Pigeon shooting and Tours throughout the Swartland.
