Constantia Cottages are located in the heart of the Cape's most famous and beautiful suburb, Constantia, amongst the leafy vines of the oldest winelands in the Cape, in close proximity to many of the celebrated Cape restaurants. It provides easy access to the major highways and is also two minutes away from the chic Constantia Village Shopping Centre with its variety of fashionable shops and restaurants. The False Bay beaches and golf courses are an easy 15 minutes drive away and the city of Cape Town no more than 20 minutes.

The well appointed three holiday homes of Constantia Cottages are surrounded by an immaculate big private garden. Our guests have access to the beautiful 40m² solar-heated swimming pool. The entire property is illuminated by lots of lights during the night and is alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams and sensors. Cameras at the bells show who is in front before opening up. We are connected to a security company (armed response). Secure parking for all cars in double-garages.

Self Catering Accommodation

COTTAGE CABERNET:
Our fully under floor heated double storey cottage has got two bedrooms upstairs both en-suite to the chic bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (king size), the second bedroom with a queen size bed. The bright bathroom is fitted with big shower cabin, designer basin, nice corner bath and corner toilet. Separate guest-toilet downstairs.

The granite-top kitchen downstairs is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge with freezer, a ceramic stove top, a brand new oven, a strong extractor, a microwave oven and a sink, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and dish washer. There is a small dining area with seating for four and a leather corner lounger in front of the TV. Radio / CD player available. There is a single bed in the lounge normally used as a day-bed which can be used for one additional person (optional). This cottage has got a patio covered by an awning and its own private garden open to main garden and swimming pool.

COTTAGE CHARDONNAY:
This beautiful and cosy one room apartment in its own small building offers furnished self catering accommodation for two people in a queen size bed and additional one adult or two kids on a comfortable sofa-bed. Make yourself at home in this fully equipped holiday home to make your stay an enjoyable one.

The small cottage boasts one room open plan design with bedroom, beautiful under floor heated bathroom, nice fully fitted kitchenette, small scullery and lounge/dining room with satellite TV. It leads to a private patio with delightful small garden and dining area with BBQ facility and sun loungers and outdoor seating for four.

JUNIOR-SUITE PINOTAGE:
Very light and friendly main garden facing guestroom coloured in yellow and dark brown. Spacious built-in wardrobe and a sideboard with a 54cm coloured TV in front of the beds. Comfortable (sleeper) couch with coffee table. Under floor heating all around.

Combined lounge and bedroom with double bed (king size) with side tables, big wardrobe, four seater table and Satellite TV with DStv (English channels) and DeuKom (German channels). Double door open onto garden. Semi-self catering facilities equipped with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and small fridge. No stove or oven for proper cooking. Washing machine and tumble dryer in garage for use of the guests.

Bright en suite bathroom with large sand blasted window. Beautifully wall high tiled in Mediterranean colours. The bathroom is fitted with a corner bath including hand shower rail, designer basin with cabinet, crystal mirror, big shower enclosure in corner with shower rose and hand shower and toilet. Fluffy towels provided.

The well appointed holiday homes of Constantia Cottages have got outside breakfast and entertainment areas. All living rooms and bedrooms have got ADSL access to internet and Satellite TV both free of charge. TV-channels according to the following menu setups:
