Rates quoted above exclude breakfast. Full English or Continental breakfast is charged at R50 per person.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations or booking changes made within 30 days (1 month) of arrival will be subject to a 100 % total amount of booking value for total reserved period.
Prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a 50% of total accommodation (deposit 50%) cancellation fee.
We charge R200.00 admin, handling and banking costs in the case of a refund.
Any cancellations or changes to the booking have to be made in writing and sent to us (by e-mail or fax).
Guests will be held responsible for breakages, shortage or loss that occurs to furniture, linen and fittings during their stay.
