Knysna’s Eastern Head is one of the most exclusive residential addresses on earth. Here you will discover the delights of Cliff House, an exceptional property occupying a prime position. Perched on the very edge of the Head’s majestic sandstone cliffs high above the Indian Ocean, its dramatic location will simply take your breath away.

This unique residence offers uninterrupted sea views from every room. The elegant simplicity of the building’s architecture and the ‘Zen’ quality of its décor and furnishings will invite you to be at one with nature whilst enjoying every possible creature comfort.

Self Catering accommodation

Making maximum use of natural light and textures, the building’s free-flowing accommodation is arranged on four mezzanine levels. It offers three light and airy double bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish en-suite bathrooms, in addition to a studio apartment with mini-kitchen, en-suite steam room and outside shower.

The stylish and well equipped kitchen/dining room offers magnificent ocean views, as does the additional dining space (with braai) that is easily converted into an al fresco eating area by means of folding glass doors.

Cliff House is designed for sensual pleasure and total relaxation. Set within an attractive indigenous garden, the superb 18m rim-flow ‘lap’ pool and adjacent Jacuzzi will tempt you to watch for whales and dolphins whilst soaking up the African sun.

A boardwalk leads down from the pool area to a delightful ocean-side ‘viewing platform’ - perfect for whale & dolphin watching in season. Walk a little further and you arrive at the newly-constructed cliff-top fire-pit - the ideal location for a sundowner in front of the dancing flames.

The state-of-the art home entertainment system provides music throughout the house and the LCD TV screens, located in the master bedroom and lounge, offer satellite channels and DVD viewing for lazy evenings at home.
