50% payable within 48 hours to secure booking, and remaining 50% before or one arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure, the full period of the booking remains payable. Cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
Less that 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full deposit.
7-14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
14-21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
21-28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.
If you cancel your booking a fee of 10% of the deposit will be held in lieu of administrative and handling costs.
