DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Either a 100% deposit may be made into our bank account or credit card details may be provided and be held as security against the booking. No monies are taken from the credit card prior to guests arriving, however pre-authorisation will be done to establish that sufficient funds are available. The account may be settled in full upon departure when the client presents his / her credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation received 22-28 days prior to check-in, forfeit 25% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 15-21 days prior to check-in, forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 8-14 days prior to check-in, forfeit 75% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 0-7 days prior to check-in, forfeit 100% of the total booking value.

Chestnut Country Lodge reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the required pre-payment or security has not been paid or given by due date.
