Without a deposit and completed booking form we cannot reserve the unit for you.
We have a Strict "No pay no stay policy".
In-Season bookings, final payment in respect of full accommodation due 2 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay on due date will result in cancellation of booking.
On arrival the remainder of your accommodation is payable. Should you not stay the entire duration for which you have booked, the amounts paid will not be refunded and you will be held liable for the full amount due for your accommodation.
No cheques accepted. Cash or Credit Cards only. (Credit cards are subject to a 5% admin fee).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation, including premature curtailment.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits / Monies paid are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival or early curtailment’.
No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. Should you not arrive or cancel your accommodation, you will forfeit your deposit or full payment.
