DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservation to be confirmed in writing with Credit card number and expiry date.
A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation 45 days or less before arrival > forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellation from 44 days to 60 days > forfeit 25% of the deposit.
In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.
