DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To secure a booking, a 30% deposit of the full invoiced amount is due.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 0-7 days prior to check-in date, and no shows, 100% of the full invoiced amount is due.
Cancellations 7-10 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the full invoiced amount is due.
Cancellations 10-15 days prior to check-in date, 30% of the full invoiced amount is due.
Cancellations more than 15 days prior to check-in date, the deposit will be refunded less a 15% administration fee.
Amendments to bookings less than 10 days prior to check-in date will not be credited.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel a reservation, including bank details, Carryblaire River Retreat will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.
