DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

• To secure reservations, 50% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking- balance on arrival.
• On confirmation of booking full credit card details should be provided as security or Internet Transfer can be made into our bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. In the event of a no-show or premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
