In reading through the reviews I realize that we have been remiss in adding a review since our original in 2007. In fact, we have stayed in this great house in 2007,2008,2009,2010 and have a booking already for 2011. To say that Cape Town has become our destination of choice and 40 Loader our accommodation of choice would be an understatement. Everything about the house, area and staff could not be better. Beautiful house, great views and the perfect area. Lloyd and his warm and friendly staff ensure a wonderful vacation. What a treasure !! Thanks Lloyd. |

I stayed in the house on loader st with friends to watch some of the world cup,prices were slightly hire than what we wanted to pay but when we got there i think it was worth that little extra.
The house and amenities were all you could ask for,(pool a little cold so went in and out) haha.
The views were some of the best i`ve seen on all my travels and as i booked it it felt great sharing it with my friends, it was in walking distance to anything you needed, pub,shops,restaurants,stadium and night life and the fact it was in a gay area shouldn't put people off.
All in all i`d recommend this accommodation without fail........ |

Great Location in De Waterkant easy access to shops and restaurants in the area with a spectacular view of the ocean and Table Mountain. Has all the amenities with 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and BBQ. Friendly staff and host. Loved it, too short a stay. |

An excellent apartment at a good price with spectacular views. And, after having thoroughly explored the city, I believe you can't pick a better location. Lloyd was extremely helpful and professional. We plan to come back through next year and will stay here again. |
