In order to secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total property rental costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date pay no cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival date pay 25% cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date pay 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date pay 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of a premature departure, the full original booking quote will be charged.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation fees are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the house.
