Low Season (1 May to 31 August 2012) R650.00 per night, for the unit
Notes:
Rates quoted above are for the apartment, two persons sharing.
Extra charge per additional person per night - maximum 4 persons.
Rates can be negotiated depending on the length of stay.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to secure the booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival date pay no cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival date pay 25% cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date pay 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date pay 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of a premature departure, the full original booking quote will be charged.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation fees are the decision of management and the ability to re-let the apartment.
