Monthly rates and stays in excess of 10 days are negotiable, subject to seasonal trends and availability.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking with the balance payable prior to check-in date.
Key deposit is negotiated at time of reservation and payable on arrival and refunded on departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing.
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking quote.
Cancellation prior to arrival:-
0–7 days including no show: 100% of total accommodation costs.
8–14 days: 75% of the total accommodation costs.
15–21 days: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
22–28 days: 25% of the total accommodation costs.
29 days +: 10% of the of full quote value – administration fee.
