CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations based on full cost of accommodation:
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance - full refund of cost of accommodation
Cancellations made 23 to 29 days in advance - 75% refund
Cancellations made 15 to 22 days in advance - 50% refund
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days in advance - 25% refund
Cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance - no refund

An administration fee of R 250 may be applied to each cancellation.
