Butterscotch is self catering or B&B. It is situated in the beautiful Durban suburb of Cowies Hill between Westville and Pinetown, in a safe and secure cul-de-sac. The N2 and M13 are easily accessed from us. Butterscotch B&B is 15 minutes from Durban’s CBD and 25 minutes from Durban International Airport. The Pavilion shopping mall, Westville Hospital, Pinetown, Westmead, New Germany and Hillcrest are all easily accessible. There are many wonderful restaurants in close proximity. The property is fully fenced with remote gate access and secure off street parking. Enjoy sitting on your patio looking over the large beautiful, well-developed garden with large trees and plenty of space to relax, watching the abundant bird life or have a dip in the lovely sparkling pool. AccommodationThe Cottage Butterscotch Cottage is separate from the main house with its own entrance and patio. There are two large bedrooms, the main bedroom with queen size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large shower and Victorian bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with an adjacent shower and toilet. The comfortable open plan lounge - dining room and fully fitted kitchen provides plenty of space for families and friends to relax and enjoy their stay. Braai facilities are available on your own patio. This fabulous cottage provides a warm and comfortable environment and is the perfect accommodation for a business trip or family holiday. The Hibiscus Suite The Hibiscus suite is large with a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom and has a kitchenette fitted with a bar fridge and microwave etc. The suite has it’s own entrance off the communal patio where there is comfortable seating and braai facilities. The Cottage and the Hibiscus suite are equipped with satellite TVs, fans and heaters. BreakfastThe continental / health breakfast is a delicious meal of muffin or croissant, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, chocolate, jam and fresh fruit juice together with a few other treats.
