Rates Exclude:
All drinks, curio purchases, laundry, telephone calls and other personal expenses, transfers and gratuities
Seasons:
High Season: 1-31 July 2010, 1 October to 31 March 2010 and 1 October to 30 November 2011
Low Season: 1 August to 30 September 2010 and 1 April to 30 September 2011

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 20 % non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking.
Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings cancelled with 45 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.
Bookings cancelled with 30 days of arrival will be required to pay 50 % of total invoice value.
Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival we be required to pay 90% of total invoice
value.
