DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings or credit card details may be provided as surety for short stays .

CANCELLATION POLICY

If bookings are not cancelled well enough in advance the deposit is non-refundable otherwise a 10% handling fee will be charged (at least one week before arrival in low and mid season, three weeks high season, four weeks peak season and Oyster Festival). If credit card details are provided as surety 50% will be deducted for late cancellations, 100% for no-shows.
