Travelling from Durban on the N3 towards Pietermaritzburg, take the first turn-off towards Shongweni/Assagay after passing through the Marianhill Toll plaza and turn right onto Kassier Road over the N3.

Travelling from Pietermaritzburg on the N3 towards Durban, take the turn-off towards Shongweni/Assagay and turn left onto Kassier Road. Travel 3.5 km along Kassier Road to the T-junction and turn right at the traffic lights onto Old Main Road. Travel to the next traffic lights and turn left onto Nqutu Road. The Brackens is 650 m further along on the right-hand side - the first driveway after Garden Road.
